Auric Mining has generated nearly $11 million from its first gold sales at the Munda Gold Mine near Widgiemooltha, Western Australia. The milestone follows processing 59,000 tonnes of ore through Black Cat Syndicate’s Lakewood Mill, yielding 1,790 ounces of gold sold at an average A$6,130/oz. With AISC at A$2,635/oz, Auric is achieving strong margins amid record gold prices. A second toll-milling campaign for the remaining ore is planned early next year, with total output from the starter pit expected to reach ~6,100 ounces by February 2026. Managing Director Mark English said the company is “ahead of schedule” and sees Munda as a pivotal step toward becoming a sustainable, mid-tier gold producer.
