Auric golden gift keeps giving with 32% resource spike at WA mine
Auric Mining has delivered a 32% resource upgrade at its flagship Munda Gold Project near Widgiemooltha, with the revised estimate climbing to 4.20 million tonnes grading 1.43g/t gold for 192,000 ounces - despite depletion from recent mining. The result follows a standout Starter Pit campaign that recovered 8,886 ounces against a budgeted 6,100, with dense grade-control drilling confirming high-grade pockets contributing more strongly to mineable grades than previously modelled. With the deposit remaining open along strike and at depth, ~$44 million in cash reserves, and a scoping study underway for the combined development of the Munda open pit and the Burbanks processing plant, Auric is firmly on track to become a fully integrated WA gold producer.
