On 15 April 2024, AWJ issued 200,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (Shares) pursuant to the exercise of unquoted options as announced on 11 April 2024, without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act) as per the Appendix 2A lodged today. The Company advises that: a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act; b) as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations; c) as at the date of the notice, the Company has complied with; d) i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act, as they apply to the Company; and ii. section 674 of the Act; and as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is "excluded information" within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
