Significant Processing Infrastructure Acquired for Burbanks
Highlights
• Auric has acquired a significant package of processing infrastructure comprising key
fixed plant equipment for Burbanks, maintaining the study development timeline for
the processing plant re-establishment in Q1 2028.
• The package, which supports the initial 600ktpa Burbanks CIL plant design, has been
purchased for $1.2M. The infrastructure will be disassembled and relocated to
Burbanks and the all-in cost of delivering the equipment to site is expected to be
substantially less than the estimated replacement cost of $15-$20M.
• The second-hand plant is in excellent condition, located in NSW, and comprises:
o Complete three-stage crushing circuit,
o Fine ore bin and conveyors,
o Material handling equipment and shedding, and
o Milling structure and associated infrastructure.
• The acquisition includes all associated spare parts and consumables, further reducing
future capital and operating expenditure for Auric.
• Additionally, two complete spare cone crushers and one spare jaw crusher form part
of the purchase, significantly enhancing operational redundancy and reliability of the
equipment.
• Interquip have been engaged to commence removal and relocation of the
infrastructure in Q4 2026, with all equipment expected to be on site at Burbanks ready
to begin installation Q1 2027.
Mr Mark English, Managing Director, said: “For $1.2 million we’ve secured a substantial
package of fixed plant infrastructure for the Burbanks rebuild at a significant discount to
replacement cost.
“Importantly, it gives Auric immediate access to high-quality, critical crushing infrastructure
and locks in both capital estimates and the development timeline used in our study.
“Together with the included spare equipment, parts and consumables, the package is
expected to reduce execution risk, future capital requirements and the time needed to
recommission the facility, representing an excellent outcome for shareholders."
Scott Bailey, Auric’s Processing Manager, said: “Leveraging off our team’s prior experience
in building, re-starting and operating gold processing plants, we identified this opportunity
through our extensive industry networks and view it as a logical, cost-effective solution to
assist in the Burbanks re-start. Incorporating this equipment into the re-commissioning
process gives us further confidence in delivering the project on-time and on-budget.”

Processing Infrastructure Acquisition
Auric Mining Limited ("Auric" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the acquisition of a
significant package of processing infrastructure, for re-establishment at the Burbanks
Processing Facility (“Burbanks”).
The acquisition comprises front-end fixed plant infrastructure that supports the initial 600ktpa
Burbanks CIL plant design and provides a platform for future expansion to 1.2Mtpa,
including:
• Complete three-stage crushing circuit;
• Fine ore bin and conveyors;
• Material handling equipment and shedding;
• Milling structure and associated infrastructure;
• All associated spare parts and consumables;
• Two complete spare cone crushers; and
• One complete spare jaw crusher.
Auric identified the infrastructure during the preparation of the July 2026 Burbanks - Munda
Integrated Scoping Study and incorporated the use of comparable second-hand
equipment into the Study capital estimate. Completion of the acquisition secures those
capital and schedule benefits. The acquisition also provides significant spare parts and
consumables, reducing procurement and execution risk.
Located at a closed mine site in New South Wales, Auric has engaged Interquip to
commence relocation of the infrastructure in Q4 2026, with all equipment expected to be
on site ready for reconstruction at Burbanks in Q1 2027. On an all-in basis, including the cost
to relocate the equipment, the acquisition is estimated to deliver a significant cost saving
relative to purchasing equivalent new equipment, estimated at $15-$20M. Those savings
are already largely reflected in the Study capital estimate.
