In particular: a) Appendix 3G dated 10 June 2026: on 10 June 2026 the Company lodged an Appendix 3G to notify the market of the issue of unquoted Tranche 4 Options. The exercise price of these Options was the 5-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the Company’s shares traded on ASX over the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of issue. On 10 June 2026, the applicable exercise price was $0.2795; and b) Appendix 3G dated 11 June 2026: on 11 June 2026 the Company lodged an Appendix 3G to notify the market of the issue of unquoted Tranche 2, 3 and 4 Options and Performance Rights. Similarly to the above, the exercise price of the Options was the 5-day VWAP of the Company’s shares traded on ASX over the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of issue. On 10 June 2026, the applicable exercise price was $0.2795. Due to resourcing pressures within the Company's small management team and key personnel managing the process, the issue of securities was not completed until 26 June 2026, despite the earlier lodgement of the Appendices 3G. Accordingly, the Company wishes to update the market to reflect that as the Options the subject of the Appendices 3G lodged on 10 June and 11 June 2026 respectively, were issued on 26 June 2026, rather than the originally intended date of 10 June 2026, the 5-day VWAP to that later date recalculated to $0.237. The Company confirms that the securities were issued within the timeframes required by the ASX Listing Rules. The Company has notified ASX of the corrected details. To strengthen its company secretarial and administrative resourcing, the Company has appointed an additional person to provide company secretarial support, commencing 20 July 2026. Further, the Company will reinforce its existing standard operating procedure so that an Appendix 3G is lodged only after written confirmation of the completed issue/allotment has been received from the share registry. Please refer to Annexure A below, setting out the securities that were proposed to be issued under the previously lodged Appendices 3G and the corrected details. The Company confirms that the securities the subject of the Appendices 3G were issued in accordance with the terms approved by shareholders at the Company’s 2025 annual general meeting held on 29 May 2025 and 2026 annual general meeting held on 28 May 2026.
