HIGHLIGHTS
Integrated Scoping Study - Burbanks and Munda
• The Integrated Burbanks and Munda Scoping Study was released on 27 July 2026, outlining a single open pit at Munda
feeding a redesigned 600,000tpa CIL processing plant at Burbanks. At a base case gold price of A$5,750/oz, the study
estimates production of 141koz (recovered) over 56 months at an AISC of A$2,843/oz, generating EBITDA of
A$437M1
.
• Subsequent to the Integrated Scoping Study, the Company acquired a substantial package of fixed plant processing
infrastructure for the re-establishment of the Burbanks processing facility. At a cost of A$1.2 million, the acquisition
represents a significant discount to the estimated A$15–20 million replacement cost of equivalent new equipment.
Removal of this infrastructure package from NSW and transport to Burbanks will be completed by Interquip during
the December 2026 quarter, ready for construction in 2027.
• Construction of the Burbanks processing plant is expected to commence following receipt of approvals in early 2027.
First gold from Burbanks is targeted for early 2028.
Projects
• Four drilling programs were under way or completed at the Munda Gold Mine during the quarter, including resource
extension, grade control, geotechnical and sterilisation drilling. These programs support pit design and operational
readiness activities ahead of the planned recommencement of mining in late 2027.
• Broad-spaced RC drilling targeting extension of the Munda resource, west of the planned open pit, returned a large
number of mineralised zones, including 4m @ 10.49g/t Au from 46m (AMRC072), supporting the potential to grow
the Mineral Resource along strike beyond the current pit design.
• Initial results from close-spaced grade control drilling targeting the upper 30m of the planned pit show a similar grade
distribution to the Starter Pit and include: 15m @ 5.56g/t Au from 6m, 4m @ 19.34g/t Au from 9m, 9m @ 7.82g/t
Au from 17m, 14m @ 3.92g/t Au from 6m and 10m @ 4.66g/t Au from 13m.
• Geotechnical diamond drilling was completed, providing the final component needed to confirm the final pit design
and define Ore Reserves, which are expected to be announced in October 2026.
• Other operational readiness activities continued during the quarter, including progression of statutory approvals,
detailed plant engineering and planning for the Munda camp expansion.
Union Jack Acquisition
• The Company executed two binding agreements to acquire the Union Jack Project, 5km east of Coolgardie and 15km
from Burbanks. Settlement and completion occurred on 6 October 2026. Union Jack has an Inferred Mineral Resource
of 3.12Mt @ 1.02g/t Au for 102,000oz, which increases Auric’s total Mineral Resource inventory by 51% to 7.5Mt @
1.25g/t Au for 301,000oz. Initial consideration for the Union Jack Project totals A$6.6 million cash and A$3.0 million
in shares, to be issued at A$0.24/share, subject to shareholder approval.
Exploration
• Regional exploration activity commenced during the quarter including aircore programs in the Higginsville and
Widgiemooltha project areas with additional programs planned in the Higginsville, Spargoville and Lindsays project
areas.

MANAGING DIRECTOR, MARK ENGLISH, SAID:
“The September Quarter has been one of rapid expansion for Auric. Having released our Integrated Scoping Study, we
moved immediately into delivery, with four drilling programs running concurrently at Munda, providing encouraging
results including the potential to grow the Resource along strike beyond the current pit design, and strong near-surface
mineralisation within the planned open pit.
“We have secured a substantial package of fixed plant infrastructure for the Burbanks rebuild at a significant discount to
replacement cost, locking in both the capital estimates and development timeline used in our study.
“We acquired Union Jack, which dovetails perfectly with our strategy of acquiring near-term gold production assets within
trucking distance of the Burbanks Mill.
“With ongoing drilling, Ore Reserve work advancing, and detailed design along with processing infrastructure purchases,
we are steadily de-risking the next stage of development ahead of the planned rebuild of the Burbanks Processing Plant
and recommencement of mining in 2027.”
QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT
Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) (“Auric” or “the Company”) is pleased to report on activities during the quarter ended
30 September 2026.
Integrated Scoping Study
On 27 July 2026 the Company released the outcomes of the Integrated Burbanks and Munda Scoping Study which
support the re-establishment of the Burbanks processing facility and the restart of mining at the Munda gold deposit.
Re-establishment of Burbanks provides Auric with strategic control of critical processing infrastructure in a region with
limited available gold treatment capacity, positioning the Company to unlock value from Munda while creating a platform
to capture future organic and inorganic opportunities. The capital estimate for the Burbanks re-establishment has been
completed to PFS-level accuracy while the overall integrated study is a Scoping Study, reflecting the additional technical,
permitting and development work required at Munda.
The study considers a large single open pit at Munda providing 2,769,177t of mineralised material at 1.75g/t Au for
155,844 ounces, of which 93.1% is in the Indicated Mineral Resource category with the balance Inferred, plus existing
Starter Pit stockpiles of 76kt @ 0.81g/t Au for 1,980 ounces. Mining is planned over 32 months using conventional,
owner-operated equipment at an overall strip ratio of 11:1. Burbanks has been redesigned to target a nominal
600,000tpa throughput rate, processing all available material from Munda over 56 months for recovered production of
141,254oz (89.5% recovery), with annual gold production of between 25,000 and 40,000 ounces over the first four years
and lower-grade stockpiles processed in year five. The plant is designed to be scalable to 1.2Mtpa through a series of
simple upgrades. Key physical and financial outcomes at a range of gold prices are summarised in Table 1.

Auric plans to execute the project through a staged program of permitting, detailed engineering, procurement,
construction, mining and commissioning. The Company is working through all required approvals which are expected in
early 2027 ahead of the commencement of construction at Burbanks with first gold targeted for early 2028. Mining is
forecast to begin ahead of mill commissioning to establish processing stocks for ramp-up.
Munda Gold Mine
Major Drilling Programs at Munda
The Company commenced multiple drilling campaigns during the quarter, including broad-spaced RC drilling targeting
potential extensions of the Munda gold deposit, grade control drilling, geotechnical diamond drilling to define pit wall
parameters and RC sterilisation drilling to confirm the site of the Waste Rock Landform (Figures 1 and 3).
Western extension RC drilling. The Munda Mineral Resource remains open along strike and at depth, with initial drilling
targeting a western extension to the orebody, along strike from previous results that include:
• 13m @ 14.62g/t Au from 60m (AMRC012),
• 5m @ 3.46g/t Au from 87m (AMRC005), and
• 4m @ 3.34g/t Au from 46m (AMRC050).
The western extension RC program is being undertaken by Drill Safe Services and comprises 135 holes for approximately
12,900m, testing for gold mineralisation to a depth of 120m within the mafic volcanics which host the bulk of the Munda
Resource.
Initial results include an intercept of 4m @ 10.49g/t Au from 46m (AMRC072) together with a large number of significant
intercepts at a 0.5g/t cut-off. The pattern of results is similar to the Starter Pit area and the distribution of assays in the
northern-most holes of the drill traverses vectors further drilling toward the ultramafic contact (Figure 2), where the
next phase of extension drilling targeting that area will commence shortly. RC drilling will also commence below the
deepest section of the designed pit over the coming months, targeting extension and/or future underground potential.
RC grade control drilling. The first stage of grade control drilling at 5m x 5m spacing is being undertaken by Kalgoorlie-
based Total Drilling Services. Approximately 90,000m of RC grade control drilling is planned over 15 months as the grade
control rig progressively drills the as-modelled Mineral Resource panels from surface within the Stage 2 pit design. The
program will provide definition of ore blocks down to approximately 30m below surface and will ensure a smooth ramp-
up to full production in concert with commissioning of the 600ktpa Burbanks processing plant. Mining of the Starter Pit
demonstrated that localised high grades have a considerable influence on the overall gold inventory, and the Stage 2
grade control drilling continues to demonstrate the same style of mineralisation (Figure 1). Significant intercepts at a
0.5g/t Au cut-off include:
• 9m @ 7.82 g/t from 17m, including 1m @ 26.40 g/t,
• 10m @ 4.66 g/t from 13m,
• 15m @ 5.56 g/t from 6m, including 3m @ 19.30 g/t,
• 5m @ 8.73 g/t from 12m, including 1m @ 25.80 g/t,
• 4m @ 19.34 g/t from 9m, including 2m @ 38.10 g/t,
• 3m @ 11.61 g/t from 19m, including 1m @ 33.2 g/t,
• 14m @ 3.92 g/t from 6m, including 1m @ 35.20 g/t, and
• 9m @ 5.00 g/t from 3m.

Geotechnical diamond drilling. Four diamond drill holes were completed by Westralian Diamond Drillers for a total of
580m. The holes were drilled to determine geotechnical parameters for the pit walls and were logged and sampled by
Auric personnel under the supervision of geotechnical consultants Peter O’Bryan and Associates. The geotechnical
parameters provide the final component needed to confirm or refine the pit design, which in turn will allow the definition
of Ore Reserves. The Company expects to publish the Ore Reserve during October 2026, after optimisation and pit design
work has been completed.
Sterilisation drilling. Sterilisation drilling of the proposed waste dump location (Figure 3) has commenced, with 29 RC
drill holes completed so far for 1,475m. No assays have been received to date and the program is ongoing.
Mine Planning and Permitting
Preparation of the Mine Development and Closure Plan required for the next stage of mining is well advanced as are
plans to expand the mine camp. Mining at Munda is on track to recommence in late 2027.

Burbanks Gold Processing Facility
The Burbanks Gold Processing Facility is located approximately 9 kilometres south of Coolgardie and is central to Auric's
strategy of becoming a fully integrated gold producer, providing an in-house processing solution for ore from Munda,
Union Jack, and potentially Lindsay’s and other nearby projects.
Processing Infrastructure Acquired
In September the Company announced the acquisition of a significant package of processing infrastructure comprising
key fixed plant equipment for re-establishment at Burbanks, purchased for A$1.2 million. The second-hand plant is in
excellent condition and is located at a closed mine site in New South Wales. The front-end fixed plant infrastructure
supports the initial 600ktpa Burbanks CIL plant design and provides a platform for future expansion to 1.2Mtpa. It
includes a complete three-stage crushing circuit; a fine ore bin and conveyors, material handling equipment and
enclosing shed, a milling structure and associated infrastructure, all associated spare parts and consumables including
two complete spare cone crushers and one complete spare jaw crusher.
Auric identified the infrastructure during preparation of the Integrated Scoping Study and incorporated the use of
comparable second-hand equipment into the study capital estimate. Completion of the acquisition secures those capital
and schedule benefits and maintains the study development timeline for re-establishment of the processing plant in the
March 2028 quarter. On an all-in basis, including the cost to relocate the equipment, the acquisition is estimated to
deliver a significant cost saving relative to purchasing equivalent new equipment, estimated at A$15–20 million. The
included spare equipment, parts and consumables are expected to reduce execution risk, future capital and operating
expenditure and the time needed to recommission the facility.
Interquip has been engaged to remove and relocate the infrastructure in the December 2026 quarter, with all equipment
expected to be on site at Burbanks ready to begin installation in the March 2027 quarter.

Union Jack Project
On 9 September 2026 the Company announced that it had executed binding agreements to purchase the Union Jack
Project. The Project is located 5km due east of Coolgardie, ~15km from the Burbanks processing plant. It comprises
granted mining lease M15/120 and prospecting licence P15/6183, covering 89 hectares (Figure 5).
Union Jack has an Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 3.12Mt @ 1.02g/t Au for 102,000 ounces of gold (0.5g/t Au cut-
off, within a A$7,000/oz RPEEE pit optimisation), reported in accordance with JORC 2012. Using a 0.65g/t Au cut-off
within the same optimised pit shell, the Project contains 2.16Mt @ 1.22g/t Au for 85,000 ounces, highlighting the
potential for Union Jack to provide additional feed for Burbanks. Settlement and completion occurred on 6 October 2026.
The acquisition increases the Company’s global Mineral Resource inventory by 51% to 7.5Mt @ 1.25g/t Au for 301,000
ounces.
The gold mineralisation at Union Jack remains open both along strike and at depth and the Company considers the
Project to have strong resource growth potential. Previous drilling into the shallow deposit includes: 17m @ 4.57g/t Au
from 24m, 15m @ 4.22g/t Au from 62m, 5m @ 9.64g/t Au from 10m, 10m @ 4.72g/t Au from 19m, 17m @ 3.99g/t Au
from 13m and 5m @ 12.21g/t Au from 56m, while limited deeper drilling has returned 16m @ 4.34g/t Au from 184m
and 2m @ 6.54g/t Au from 200m, indicating potential for extension at depth and underground potential.
Auric will undertake additional drilling targeting operational readiness and open-pittable resource growth, with the
objective of adding additional Auric-owned ore to the operating life of the Burbanks processing plant.
Key terms of the acquisition of M15/120 include an initial consideration of $6,500,000 and the issue of 12,500,000 fully
paid ordinary shares at A$0.24 per share (A$3,000,000), to be issued subject to shareholder approval, and milestone
payments of up to $7,000,000 on the definition of additional gold resources up to 200,000 ounces. Auric has committed
to spend $2,000,000 on drilling over the first 5 years and will pay the vendor a gross royalty of 1.0% on all gold produced
and sold from M15/120. The Company has separately paid A$100,000 to an unrelated third party as consideration for
the acquisition of Prospecting Licence P15/6183.

Lindsay’s Gold Project
The Lindsay’s Gold Project, located approximately 65 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie, forms part of Auric's strategy
to develop a pipeline of near-infrastructure gold projects. Auric executed a Tenement Sale Agreement (TSA) with Top
Global Mining (TGM) in November 2025 to acquire the tenements making up the project. Prior to transfer of the
tenements, applications for forfeiture were made against some of the leases and the transfer process has been halted
until after the Wardens Court has handed down the decisions. The Wardens' Court proceedings remained ongoing during
the September 2026 Quarter. Auric has completed and finalised the acquisition of 4 tenements from TGM.

Auric Mining Ltd
Auric Mining Ltd was established to explore for and develop gold and other mineral deposits in the Widgiemooltha–
Norseman area of Western Australia. Auric has tenements covering 616km². Auric holds the rights to gold on all
tenements, including those held in the name of Mt Edwards Critical Metals Pty Ltd. At Munda it holds all mineral rights
except lithium. For all other tenements, excluding those held in the name of Mt Edwards Critical Metals Pty Ltd, Auric
holds 100% of all mineral rights.
The tenements are separated into seven projects:
The Widgiemooltha Gold Project including the Munda Gold Mine and Loded Dog Project
Located near the town of Widgiemooltha, the Widgiemooltha Gold Project combines 35 tenements including 5 granted
Mining Leases. All tenements are highly prospective for gold mineralisation. Auric has mined and completed two
successful toll-milling campaigns from a Starter Pit at Munda and is drilling to support an Ore Reserve estimate and final
pit design for a much larger Munda open pit.
The Jeffreys Find Gold Mine
The Jeffreys Find Gold Mine is located 50km northeast of Norseman and combines 3 tenements including 1 granted
Mining Lease. Open pit mining was completed via a joint venture with BML Ventures Pty Ltd, with all surplus cash
distributions concluded during the March 2026 Quarter. The mine is currently on care and maintenance but there are
existing resources at Jeffreys Find which may become attractive at higher gold prices.
The Spargoville Project
The Spargoville Project is located 30km north of Widgiemooltha and combines 11 tenements. It lies in similar
stratigraphy, proximal to the Wattle Dam Gold Mine, which produced 268,000oz gold at 10g/t from 2006–13, one of
Australia's highest-grade mines at that time.
The Chalice West Project
Located 50km southwest of Widgiemooltha, the Chalice West Project combines 4 tenements and covers 245km²,
including geology mirroring the Chalice Gold Mine, which produced almost 700,000 ounces of gold. The project is also
prospective for Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Ni-Cu and Pt-Pd deposits.
The Burbanks Gold Processing Facility
