PROJECT OVERVIEW

On similar stratigraphy to the prolific Wattle Dam Gold Mine. Multiple drilling programs are planned at Spargoville in 2024 and 2025 to explore for gold. The tenements are also just below Westgold’s Spargos Reward Gold Mine.

Auric’s tenements in the Spargoville area are amongst some of the best in the district and are positioned in close proximity to two major gold discoveries.

EXPOLRATION

Mineralised zone represents highly prospective target for further drilling in 2024/25.

The Spargoville tenements and surrounding area have been explored by a number of different companies since 1966. This includes exploration by Ramelius Resources from 2012-2013 targeting high-grade shear-hosted gold mineralisation analogous to the Wattle Dam Gold Mine.

Historic drilling has outlined a zone of supergene gold mineralisation at Fugitive Prospect. Whilst there’s only sparse drilling below 50m vertical depth, we can see evidence for a plumbing system extending beneath the shallow mineralisation. It’s an enticing drill target, over almost 700 metres of strike length.

OPPORTUNITY & NEXT STEPS

To thoroughly explore the tenements and to conduct RC drilling over the coming months

Evaluation of the project is at an early stage, and the association between down-hole intercept lengths and true mineralisation widths is unknown.

The general prospectivity of the region for gold mineralisation is demonstrated by the mineralisation reported by other explorers and developed gold mines in the region.
